Policy For Resevations At HomeQuarter

Booking of Hayloft - Weekdays

  1. This applies to weekdays from 7:30 am to 5 pm.
  2. This refers to the upstairs space known as the Hayloft.
  3. The charge will be for the meeting space, and all food and drinks will be supplied by HomeQuarter in addition to this charge.
  4. The minimum charge for the space is $60.00 ($5.00 per head).
  5. The charge is due at the time of booking and can be paid by credit card, arranged by the organizer.
  6. Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be given.
  7. Customers will order food and drinks from the counter and pay as per normal. Our staff will bring the orders to the client in the Hayloft.
  8. Table service (ordering from a staff person) is available in the Hayloft upon request, with an additional 18% gratuity charge.
  9. To receive table service, it must be booked in advance.
  10. An extra staff person will be assigned to look after the group.

Individual Reservations

  1. We do not take individual reservations for specific spots in the café during weekdays or weekends. Seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

Evening Bookings

  1. This applies to weekday evenings from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. No weekend bookings are available.
  2. The booking refers to the entire space of the café, including upstairs and downstairs, as only one group will be accommodated at a time.
  3. The charge will be for the meeting space, and all food and drinks will be supplied by HomeQuarter in addition to this charge.
  4. The minimum charge for the space is $100.00 (flat fee). The minimum number of people required is 15, and the maximum capacity is 36.
  5. The charge is due at the time of booking and can be paid by credit card, arranged by the organizer.
  6. Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds will be given.
  7. Customers will order food and drinks from the counter and pay as per normal. Our staff will bring the orders to the client.
  8. Table service will be provided upon request, with a minimum charge of $20.00 per head for food and drinks, along with an 18% gratuity.
  9. Adequate staff will be secured before the booking takes place, with one staff member assigned for every 12 people. Serve It Right certification is required.
  10. The food served will consist of showcase desserts, and the drinks will include both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. No other food will be prepared during this time.
